About Valley Kit Homes

Valley Kit Homes has been established since 1995 and during that time, have supplied quality kit homes to thousands of satisfied Owner Builders & registered builders.

Because we specialise in dealing with Owner Builders, we have the product & the expertise to guide our customers through all aspects of the build cycle. We ensure that all materials used compliment what each individual customer requires for their home.

We also supply to builders because it allows them to be involved in the build aspect while we take care of all the other necessary details and deliver the components when they require them without having to deal with most other suppliers. 

Timber & Steel Frame

We are one of the few kit home companies that supplies treated timber & steel frames kit homes to suit individual tastes. All our timber frames are supplied treated to a minimum of H2 LOSP (Light Organic Solvent Preservative) and not just the blue T2 minimum. This means that every one of our customers can feel confident that they have received the friendliest and best treatment available for their home.

Expert Support & Advice

With the inclusion of our 137 page construction manual, which not only guides you through the building of each home, but also gives you the necessary information and processes you need to take you through dealing with the sub trades as well as what you need to provide for council submissions.

Our kit homes are suitable for either slabs or high and low set floor systems and can be manufactured to suit our plans or yours. We encourage our customers to either change our standard plans to suit their needs or draw up your own plans and we are happy to supply a quotation. Because of our flexibility, you are free to take all components or just what you need. This can range from the floor system to the kitchen cupboards - the choice is YOURS.
